Your sessions, recordings, reflections, and diary are yours. You can export everything to Markdown and delete your data at any time.

Uploaded avatar photos and voice samples are stored as base64 in your account so they persist across redeploys. They are used only to render your personal mirror and, with your consent, to clone your voice.

AI providers are isolated behind adapters. When no API keys are configured, all processing is local and deterministic.
