1. Choose how to begin
Describe the situation ahead, or paste the questions and worries already in your mind. There's no wrong way in.
2. Sit with the questions
You'll receive 8–12 reflective questions across four categories, plus an intention statement that mirrors your core feeling and need.
3. Answer out loud
Record yourself responding. Hearing your own voice is part of the work.
4. Tag what surprised you
Mark the moments that landed. These become the threads of your growth.
5. Reflect and return
Note what you feel now, what went well, and what surprised you. Come back tomorrow and notice the change.
