No. BeReady never gives advice, opinions, or directions. It only ever poses reflective questions. The insight you leave with is your own.
Is this therapy?
No. BeReady is a self-reflection tool grounded in psychological theory, not a substitute for professional counseling. If you need help, please reach out to a qualified professional.
What happens to my recordings?
Your sessions, recordings, and diary are yours. You can export everything to Markdown and delete your data at any time.
What languages are supported?
English, Hebrew (right-to-left), and French. In live mode the mirror matches your language automatically.
Do I need any API keys?
No. BeReady runs end-to-end without paid keys using built-in mock responses. Connecting keys unlocks live voice, cloning, and photoreal avatars.
What if I'm in crisis?
If signs of danger appear, BeReady stops reflecting and shows crisis resources right away. Please use them — you matter.
