BeReady is an AI-powered self-reflection and conversation preparation platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to help users practice and prepare for important conversations through guided reflection, avatar-based mirroring, and iterative feedback. BeReady is designed for self-reflection purposes only and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using BeReady, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

BeReady is a self-reflection tool and does NOT provide professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services (911/112/101) or a crisis helpline (988/1201) immediately. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data including voice recordings, photos, and conversation transcripts to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your content, and we will not share your personal data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
